Ottis founded the OLJ Scholarship Fund to remove barriers that keep people stuck. This fund invests in those ready to move forward—offering not just money, but belief, support, and opportunity.

The Ottis L. Johnson Scholarship Fund empowers people with lived experience in incarceration, foster care, or military service to access education and rebuild their lives.

We provide scholarships and essential support to help them grow personally, succeed academically, and achieve long-term financial stability.
