Ottis is well-loved throughout the community because he gives unconditional love. Recently he discovered that the same principles he used to help disadvantaged people can work for anyone who wants to change their life. 

Ottis achieves major transformations in people by observing the way they think, speak, and act, and identifying the faulty beliefs that are holding them back. With insight, warmth, and humor, Ottis teaches them how to reframe negative thought, speech, and behavior patterns into positive ones. 

His unique approach enables people to stop limiting themselves, and finally achieve the results they want in their relationships, career, and life. When Ottis believes in you, you believe in you, and you start to act in ways that make these beliefs come true. Ottis helps individuals discover what they need, what’s holding them back, and what makes them happy, and then opens their mind to a world full of possibilities for happiness, fulfillment, and joy. 

Ottis learned how to transform lives by extricating himself from a life of poverty. Born in South Carolina to a family trapped by illiteracy into low-income work in the cotton mills, Ottis identified himself as poor, black, and illiterate. He believed that he was only allowed to associate with others like him.

After years of devouring teachings of spiritual giants, listening to audio tapes, reading books, attending seminars/webinars and taking various college level courses, Ottis rejected those labels. He refused to accept illiteracy and poverty as his destiny. 

 After successfully changing his own life, Ottis started sharing what he had learned with others. The result is this scholarship fund.
